AnyCrawler sells software access, credits, and related subscription services. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. This policy is intended to be clear for buyers and to align with Paddle's current domain review, buyer support, and refund handling expectations for software sellers.
1. Merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
That means your card or wallet charge may appear with Paddle on the billing record, and approved refunds are generally returned by Paddle rather than by a direct payment from AnyCrawler.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@anycrawler.com with the purchase email, transaction date, amount, currency, workspace or account details, and a short explanation of the issue. If you prefer to contact the merchant of record directly, you can also use Paddle buyer support at paddle.net/contact .
We recommend contacting us before filing a chargeback. Paddle's current buyer terms and support guidance state that direct contact usually leads to a faster resolution than a bank dispute.
3. Standard refund eligibility
We generally offer a 30-day money-back window for an initial self-serve paid purchase when the request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the transaction date. This is our standard policy for normal good-faith requests and is intended to keep the buying experience clear and low-risk.
Subscription renewals, plan changes, and additional credit purchases are reviewed based on timing, usage, prior refunds, and whether the purchase was materially consumed. Duplicate charges, obvious billing mistakes, fraudulent transactions, or technical failures to deliver the purchased service are generally eligible for refund review even when they fall outside the ordinary commercial-policy bucket.
4. Requests that may be denied or adjusted
We may deny a refund, or offer only a partial refund, when credits or services were materially used, when the request is abusive or fraudulent, when the purchase was made for a custom or enterprise commitment governed by a separate agreement, or when account access was suspended for violations of our Terms of Service.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for charges that have already been processed. If you want both cancellation and a refund review, say so in the same request.
5. Paddle and legal override scenarios
Paddle's current merchant-of-record terms allow Paddle to cancel a transaction and grant a refund when a buyer requests one within Paddle's applicable review window, when a transaction appears mistaken or fraudulent, when Paddle believes a charge may become a chargeback, or when a refund is required by law, a payment provider, or card-scheme rules. If Paddle exercises those rights, its decision controls the payment reversal.
6. Processing times and payment-method limits
Based on Paddle's current help documentation, card refunds typically take 3 to 5 working days to reach the customer account, while PayPal refunds typically reappear within about 48 hours. Some payment methods also limit how old a transaction can be before it is no longer directly refundable through the payment rails. Paddle currently notes examples of less than 120 days for card payments and less than 179 days for PayPal payments.
7. Access after refund
If a refund is approved, we may reduce or remove associated credits, downgrade the plan, revoke access to refunded features, or close the related paid entitlement to keep the account state consistent with the reversed payment.
8. Policy changes
We may update this policy as our plans, billing model, legal obligations, or Paddle's platform requirements evolve. When we do, we will update the date on this page. The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally control that purchase unless a change is required by law or by Paddle as merchant of record.
9. Contact
Refund questions should be sent to support@anycrawler.com. Please include enough detail for us to find the transaction quickly and coordinate with Paddle where needed.
